Mara Gordon of Aunt Zelda’s, presents during Green Flower Media’s 2016 Cannabis Health Summit

Green Flower Media held their first Virtual Cannabis Health Summit this past weekend. Max Simon, CEO Of Green Flower Media, was the host emcee for the event, and says this is only the “first” of several summits planned for the coming months.

Over the course of the two day summit, the days were broken down into several smaller grouped segments, each including about a half dozen presentations, followed by a small Q&A with the previous presenters. Speakers included Steve DeAngelo of Harborside Health Center, Dr. Dustin Sulak of Healer.com, Donald Land of Steep Hill Labs, Mara Gordon of Aunt Zelda’s, Nurse Heather of Cannabis Nurses, Mary Lynn Mathre of Patients out of Time and many more great presenters.

The presentations, usually lasting between ten and twenty minutes each, mainly focused on the topics of cannabinoids, terpenes, and the endocannabinoid system. Other topics included quality control in the cannabis industry, the use of cannabinoids in pets, and more in depth discussions of the synergy between cannabinoids and terpenes and their effects on the endocannabinoid system.

Despite a few small glitches like the occasional slide issues, a handful of folks unable to enter the livestream, and the occasional interference of the microphones, the Cannabis Health Summit appears to be an overall success, with over 28k viewers over the coarse of the weekend.

Green Flower Media and the Sponsors of the Virtual Cannabis Health Summit provided this event completely free of charge to those who registered prior to the end of the event. Mr. Simon says a complete video recording of the Summit with extra bonus features, will be available to purchase soon through their website, CannabisHealthSummit.com.
